Editing Access database used by RadiusNT via Network Neighborhood

I've only one license for Office 97 Pro. I used to run it on my NT server,
but now I transferred it to my Win95
workstation.

My problem now is that I can't edit my Access 97 database via Network
Neighborhood because the database is reported as still being used by
RADIUSNT ( " Couldn't use '<path>\<Database.mdb>'; file already in use.
file already in use" ).

Back when Office 97 still ran on my NT server, I had no problems like this.

Does RadiusNT open the Access database in Exclusive mode ?

Any solutions ?
