What is your RADIUS attributes for the user? This sounds like the
old 0.0.0.0 bug in the portmasters. The USR should be assigning
the address, not RadiusNT.

According to the RFC, its Acct-Multi-Session-Id. You might check
the NAS documentation to see if they have more information and a
dictionary sample for it.
