I get the below error in EventViewer everytime radius service is restarted.
The service will randomly just stop. WhatsUp pages us atleast once daily on
the service being down. What does the error mean? System resources seem
fine, paging, memusage, etc.

The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( RadiusNT ) could not be
found. It contains the following insertion string(s): RadiusNT Service
error: 183, StartServiceCtrlDispatcher failed..
