Make sure "log onto network" is not checked.

They both use the secret. PAP sends the password in clear test, CHAP
encrypts it and sends the encryption. We encrypt was we think if the
password and compare to the encryption we received.
I don't know why the Gandalf wouldn't work with the auth reversed, as
I don't have a lot of experience with the Gandalf.

That would be a 10 minute Idle timeout.
