Thats because those are START records. There is not time noted for
a start record, because your NAS doesn't know how long they were on
when they first connect (when the start record was sent).

If you want times on, check only those records where AcctStatusType=2.

Backup your users file (if you have one), and then run the 2.2 install.
You can install it over 1.1. Then download the 2.2.41 update and
unzip it into the directory you installed 2.2 into (typically c:\radius).
Finally, run the Radius Admin, make sure the settings are correct,
and start RadiusNT.
