Mailto.exe and IIS 4.0

Hello,

Anyone had any luck with mailto.exe in conjunction with IIS 4.0? I have been
using mailto.exe just fine under IIS 3, but since the upgrade to 4.0, it
comes up with "incomplete header" errors.

Any ideas?
