If you run NT 4.0, just go to Control Panel, Network, Services, Add
and you'll be able to add the service. Service Pack 3 comes with an
updated version of the service, so after installing the service, it
should be a good idea to reinstall Service Pack 3. There is also an
additional hot-fix post Service Pack 3, named dns-fix which sould be
installed last.
