If you go to the "terminal server" mode, you can type:
'show ip route' (no quotes obviously).
This will show you the age of the connection (the time connected) amidst a
variety of other info for each IP. Then you can use 'show users' to see the
what users are using which IPs and thus how long they've been connected.
