I'm not sure if this will answer your question, but I currently have several
56k 4-wire circuits connected through serial ports on NT servers. I have an
Adtran DSU at the end of the 56K, and it is connected to the NT serial port.
I use Direct Cable Connection setup in NT, and set all ports, direct cable
modem speed and RRAS configs to 56k. It works fine, but all speed settings
MUST be 56k. I think (but not certain) that you could use a Win95 machine on
one end... would have to try it to verify.

Whatever your hardware, something like this should work, but make sure you
go with RRAS instead of RAS in the NT machine. RAS will not always work this
way. You can set RRAS for persistent connection or DIal On Demand as needed
(Mine are persistent.), and set up the necessary routing as well.

I can give you more details if you need it.

How do i Setup an analog leased line between a W95 machine and NT4.0 RAS?
I don't know if i have to install the modem as a null modem or something
like that.
Any ideas would be very helpful. Thanks
