We've used Western Multiplex for a few years - flawless and transparent.

About $10-$12K each radio. Four foot aluminum dishes as antennae, about $700
each. This is pro style when you need more than a couple of miles connected
at T1 or faster speeds, (as an ISP), and require high end equipment. Note
that ISP's can't get involved in cheapo LAN connector $2000 radios. Big
difference when the whole town goes down. ;-)
