First of all, there is no reason to keep running the beta version of
IIS, since the final version was released since december.
I suggest you to upgrade to the final version, and reinstall Perl for
Win32. I've only got Perl for Win32 working on IIS 4.0 after mapping
the scripts to be handled as "c:\perl\bin\perl.exe %s %s", so you
shound't install the Perl for ISAPI.
