perl on IIS 4.0

I am trting to run a perl script on IIS 4.0 beta.
I have set up a web server with a cgi-bin directory that has properties,
execute (including scripts).
I have also added a MIME type with
..cgi --> application/x-perl
to the web server and to the servers manager's properties.

The file runs well on a dos-shell window.

Any ideas ???
