Does this customer have only 8 MB of memory? I am also running it on a
toshiba 90mhz Laptop with 16 MB or memory and it runs way faster than
Netscape. Usually nowadays, a minimum system requirement to use the
internet fast should be a Pentium class computer with at least 32 MB Ram (64
perferable).

When I have people connect to our service, I always ask for their System
Memory and if inadequate, I suggest them to upgrade it. I can get a 2x16
SIMM for under 50$. Why not tell the customer they can have less headaches
just by upgrading their memory?
