Customer Complaints about IE 4.0

I have had many complaints about IE 4.0 from customers. Many don't like
the fact that it is more than a browser, it is an operating system
upgrade. Some have had troubles removing IE 4.0. IE 4.0 seems to
really suck up the system resources on some slower Pentiums. My vote is
with Netscape.
