My surprise is that only 17% would use both. Unless it violates agreements
on either side (I suspect it does) then both packages would fit on a single
CD-Rom.
This is the only effective way, in my opinion, to offer IE4.0. 16 diskettes
or new user
downloading just does not cut it.

I would have no problem offering both and letting the customer decide. If I
was to
choose between the two I would have to give the nod to MS. I found NS to be
quite arrogant in the browser position and the methods of dealing with
startup
ISPs.
