Win95 DNS clearing

Hello all
Intreseting thing I've noticed with win95, if you change a record on you
DNS server win95 caches the old ip address and at a glance it seems like it
does not even query the DNS server for the new record. My questions to
anyone who might have the same problem how do purge the win95 DNS cache so
it can have the opportunity to query the DNS server ?
