We use NT Crond here.
We love it it was very easy to setup.
We use it to update a couple things, MRTG is one of them.
Mrtg is setup to update every 5 minutes all hours everyday.
To do this you need to hold the CTRL key down while selecting
the minutes 00, 05, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55

Hope that helps you.
