Where to get FP98 Server Extensions Resource Kit?

For the life of my, I can't locate the Server Extensions Resource Kit
where Microsoft says it is posted.

If you go to www.microsoft.com/fp/wpp/SERK/default.htm
there is a link to the FrontPage Server Extensions home page to download
the SERK. But once there, it's not available for download.

Could someone please point me to the right place or maybe upload it to
my FTP server? Please email me privately if you can help.
