Got that; confirmed in the key manager.

When I access the virtual site with http://, I am able to get to it, but
when I use https://, I get the following error message:

"Internet Explorer (4.0) cannot open the Internet site https://(URL). A
connection to the server could not be established"

Any clue what it might be? It's obviously not a file permission problem,
since I am able to access the virtual site in non-secure mode.

Thanks.

Richard.
