Where can I find these files. I do not have them in my system32 =
directory. On my testsystem where everything is ok I also can't see =
these files. Whats wrong?

Start a dos box and register the following three files manually =
(regsvr32).

iislog.dll
logui.ocx

I'm running IIS 4.0. Seems that it works pretty well, but I =
