That's the I-Team, and independent 3 party provisioning team that is very
helpful. They can inform any teleco how to provision their switch to suit
your needs. I recommend against using them long term as they make their
money on the provisioning, and you can negotiate a better deal yourself.
They only go standard tariff, which no smart ISP will pay.
