ISDN callers

I'm running RadiusNT with a USR Total Control hub. I got my first ISDN
customer today, and can't seem to get him connected (yes I'm running a PRI).
I never changed the ISDN radius attributes in Emerald, but when the user
connects it get's to checking name and password, then hangs up on him.
Anybody have any ideas about this.
