Service doesn't startup automatically

Hi.

I installed InterMedia Ciao! Chat Server and it's registered in the
Services Control Panel as Automatic. But the problem is, it doesn't startup
automatically. I always have to start it manually.

Any idea on how to make it start automatically ?
