You can't have A primary and a secondary on the same box, nor a primary and
a primary...DNS Server is ONE service...
If you want to do two class C's, you need to bind two IP's to the nic, and
that isn't bridging anything. If that machine supplies a cross-network
gateway (i.e. the bridge between the two sides), then it is bridging, but
NT doesn't bridge very well.
