While DNS Names are lowercase-uppercase as of now, it would be a good idea
to pick a case that you want to stay with. Later in the NEAR Future, this
will not be the case with DNS Names...the works are already happening...
Names aren't always converted to any case, you can get upper and lower
functionality.
