NT 4.0 Virtual memory Problem

One of my customers has just uploaded a web site
created with frontpage 97. This web site uses a webbot
to take input from a form and write it to a text file.
Ever since this site has went online my virtual memory keeps
increasing to the point where I get an error that I am running
out of vistual memory the only way I can correct it is to reboot.
Has anyone had this problem ? If so did you find a fix for it.
