Speaking of charges, is it a bug in Emerald (2.1.11) that causes the
following annoyance?:
Create a charge from with an MBR. Instead of typing in a dollar figure and
description, select one of the charges in the list above. Clicking on it
just highlights it, but doesn't display the discription or charge amount,
however when the charge is saved, the discription and value are correct in
the Charges table and of course it displays the same info under the History
tab for that MBR. The charge is created correctly, but no info is
displayed when the charge-type is highlighted from within the
charge-creating window.
