Go into Enterprise manager, connect to your server, and expand down
to your Emerald Database. Double click on it (or select edit) and
go to the middle tab (options). You should have the following
enabled:

Select Into/Bulk Copy
No Checkpoint on recovery
Truncate Log on checkpoint

with the later two selected, SQL Server should get the log trimmed.
You can also use the truncate log on the first tab to manually
truncate your log.
