5:Invalid procedure call

Here is a new one.... for me anyway.....

Emerald version 2.1.11 Everytime I try and access Emerald it reports ....
"Emerald Error"
"5:Invalid procedure call"

I have checked the ODBC, uninstalled, re-installed performed almost every
task I can imagine (with the exception of the one that works :)) and can
not get Emerald to access on this machine. Can someone help???????

This is only on 1 machine, but I need it to work on this machine, and
indeed it was working previously. Nothing new installed, etc....
