Configure the DSN to NOT be a trusted connection, and use
the RadiusNT Administrator to set the username/password for
the login.

The problem is that if the service is starting as a system service,
it will not have a trusted connection which it can use.
I recommend just using a standard connection until you understand
how to configure a trusted connection.
