Thanks again, Dale, for the quick response. I will try the query and
see if it matches the 2.1 result.

It sounds like I need to upgrade to the current software. How much does
an ugrade cost, and how do I order the software? We purchased the
Emerald 500-user version in the February-March timeframe of this year.
