Just in case, why don't you use the reload function that runs quicker ?*
If you want, create a user called *reload* and give it a password.
No other parameter, then stop/start service.
Then next time you add a user in the text file, just do a radlogin *reload*
the_pwd, then radius reloads the data...
Works fine
