We have Sybase 10, but I have not worked with it. You would probably be
fairly succesfully with sybase.

We are working to add VSA support RadiusNT, that would appease most USR
and Cisco users.

The pricing is per server for standalone RadiusNT licenses and per MBR
for Emerald.
