This means RadiusNT waited for the query to return for over 10
seconds. If they SQL Server doesn't return a result, the ODBC
driver stops the query and returns control to RadiusNT.
Networking problems or a slow SQL Server could cause this.

Check how much memory SQL Server has and you might want to
see if you are having network problems. The "random" leads
me to believe network problems.
