Framed-Netmask

Dose RadiusNT assume a netmask and if so is it what is it.
I need to set up a group of IP's for a user on an PM3 and have to turn on the netmask which will require me to have a Framed-Netmask of 255.255.255.255 or the PM3 will try to give all users the whole class C
Is there any other solution that anyone knows of or can I get away with not worrying about it on the Radius side.
