Unless your really pounding the pavement with a low rate, most people don't
notice except for the techie wierdos that most ISPs don't want anyway (i.e.
they change their setting all the time when they're not on for 12hrs a
day....they want to run ten thousand perl scripts that crash the
server....they finally demand a refund because they can only get 32K on a
33.6 from 10 miles away). Most people decide to get on the net, then they
just call the first person who seems reasonable. Just advertise alot and
you'll survive. There is enough meat to feed the table.
