AFAIK the L2 cache will not operate in the region above 64Mb.
The RAM will still be accessible but you will get a performance
penalty over TX chipset motherboards.

Remember that RAM is still damn faster than secondary storage
such as Hard drives.

Just thought I'd point it out. Don't stress to much about it.

Tag ram will not help. The HX chipset does not have enough logic
to cope with more than 64Mb of cached ram, jumpers on the mboard
notwithstanding.

My board is a P/I-P55T2P4.

I already have the two 32 MB EDO RAM in place. I am planning to add two 16
MB EDO RAM.

What is this cache all about ? All I know of is the L2 cache.

How do I find out if I have a TAG SRAM ? How do I know how big it is ? How
big do I need to cache above 64 MB ?
