Reinstall the ASP components of IIS. The error you're getting indicates =
the ODBC portion of ASP is not properly loaded. If you still can't get =
it to work, you probably want to call Micro$oft about it. I had a very =
similar problem and it turned out that I needed to reload NT (and =
everything else).

Subject: ASP , ODBC problem

I made several ASP pages which use data from an ODBC source. It was
working 2 days ago, but now it tells me ...

"The call to Server.CreateObject failed. The requested object instance
cannot be created."

Even the sample pages from Microsoft won't work with ODBC.

I did a lot of things with my NT server for the past few days, like
installing a proxy server, installing/uninstalling Borland C++ and =
shutting
down some services.

Can you tell me what to check ? How do I check if ODBC is working ? If =
it
isn't how do I fix or reinstall it ?
