Yes, just remove read permission for the IUSR_computername account for
the file you wish to password-protect. The usernames and passwords with
read permission need to be local users. Just add them in with User
Manager and then give them permission to read the file. Make sure you
have NT Challenge/Response turned _off_ otherwise it may fail when
you're using IE because you won't be prompted for a user/password. IE
will automatically send the credentials of who you're logged in as.
