As I said before, it appears that the servers at psi.net have not delegated
authority over your reverse lookup domain to you. You should get the same
results that I do when you look up your 139.226.38.in-addr.arpa domain at
the psi.net nameservers. You'll notice that you are listed as a
NON-AUTHORITATIVE server over the domain in question.
