not shure what you meant by 'dialing in':
If they're dialing in using RAS, the answer is Yes! Please consider that
this assumes 'per-server-licensing', 20 (additional) licenses for a
maximum of 20 simultaneous connections.
With the 'universal-client' licensing model this gets even worse: it
would require 1 separate/additional license for every (!) customer. So
you'd stay with per-server licensing for RAS servers, won't you ;) ?
If they are NOT using RAS, only the services you mentioned below, NO
additional licenses are required.
