19.95, 18.95 if you paid by Credit Card, and we used to say unlimited
until the "port pigs" took root

> 2) Limited (say 10 hours per month) dial-in then a premium charge

9.95 , 10 hours, 2.95 per hour after 10

> for extra hours

Depended on the site contents, schools, police, etc were given a
break. High traffic was charged 400/month, low traffice 59.95 month

> 4) Disk allotment per dial-in user (if any)

20 megs personal web space (most of the users did not utilize this
resource)

> 5) Disk allotment per hosted Web site

For the most part unlimited, we had one "porn" site that after awhile
needed more hard drive space.

>6) Other services provided free

Unlimited access to news (although i have never seen a charge for
this) Up to 5 additional email address's with one dial in account. If
the user had problems with his computer he could bring it in and we
would configure it for him, no charge.

> 7) Other services provided for a fee

Web site consulting, networking, Web site building and maintence,
listserves, billing customers, script building.
