Again, since I already run the Symantec antivirus stuff, I did not go
through this process. The message to me came from:
pys.feedback@symantec.com (PYS Feedback)
and the message below states that you should send your postal address to
the pys.feedback@symantec.com address. Guess I should have included that in
my original message. Whoops.
