If you're using the NT port of Bind from L. Kahn or from Software.Com, try
the ndc utility that comes with it, Its what I use to make sure Bind has
started each time I log into my Win95 system, and I also use it to start
and stop BIND remotely when on a machine that doesn't have the DNS control
panel applet.
