You can set Exchange Server to automatically convert all outgoing mail
(going via the Internet Mail Connector) to text-only.
Do this via :=20
1) Load the Exchange Administrator
2) Go to "Configuration =3D> Connections"
3) Double click on the "Internet Mail Service"
4) Click on the "Internet Mail" tab
5) Click on the "Interoperability" button
6) Change dropdown next to "Send Microsoft Exchange rich text
formatting" to "Never"

That should do it.

Later you can configure this on a domain basis so that you _can_ send
rich text to particular domains you specify.

Cheers,
Ron.
