Crash NT via Telnet WORKS!!!

Today, it was demonstrated to me, that you can crash NT from remote via
telnet. INSTANTLY, and repeatedly! Something about telnetting into the
netbios port (139 I think) and doing something. I didn't get the
specifics, as I figured it was bogus. But I asked them to demonstrate it
to me. They called me to warn me, and ZAP! I was stunned.
Does anyone know about this besides the high school kids here? Is there a
fix?
