Typically there is only two reasons why time-on stops:
1) Your database is full (or RadiusNT can't save the data into the DB)
2) You don't have the ports confgiured for the server.
This is assuming RadiusNT is receiving the accounting from the
NAS. You can run RadiusNT in -x15 debug to get a better grasp
on whats going on.
