NTMail Revisited

Hello again.

Looking through the spec sheets on NTMail it looks like quite a formidable
package when coupled with the NTList and NTDomain modules.

I have a few questions however regarding a potential migration from our
FreeBSD/Sendmail 8.8.5 setup to NTMail.

1. Are there unlimited pricing options for the packages ? (NTMail, NTList
and NTDomain)

2. When used in conjunction with Emerald, can NTMail/NTDomain be used to
authenticate users from multiple domains ? (ie Can I add jdoe@domain1.com
and jdoe@company2.com into the email fields for two different users and
have both usernames/domains authenticated from the Emerald database ?) Is
NTDomain absolutely required for such functionality ?

3. Any performance problems handling an established customer base of over
3000 POP accounts ? (On a dual pentium processor system, likely
authenticating via SQL from Emerald database stored on a different machine)
Currently, our FreeBSD system handles E-Mail for over 30 virtual domains as
well.

If anybody has any comments/opinions on any of the above questions I'd
really appreciate it. I haven't started tackling Emerald/Unix
synchronization and the more I can offload to an Emerald/NT solution the
happier I'll be.
