moving Emerald database

I set up SQL Emerald on a test server so our accounting dept. could check
it out and before I knew they had 500 accounts put in. This being a test
server there is only a 600mb drive thats out of space and they don't want
to enter the information in again.
How do I move the database or back it up and restore it I know little about
SQL.
