Yes. The NTMail DLL is now available in the beta directory of the
FTP site as well.
> Do you need any more testers for your Emerald signup server ?
Currently we only have two sites using it. The more people
who are involved in testing it initially usually only slows
down the development. We will be making the signup server
available soon, after the testing is going well and we have
additional documentation to alleviate one-to-one support for
it.
